KOR Workout

This 20-minute session is designed to strengthen your KOR from the inside out.


You’ll be guided through how to properly activate your lower abdominals so you can get the most out of every workout. With a focus on correct engagement and controlled movement, you’ll build deeper strength, improved stability, and greater body awareness.

This is also the perfect place to begin your KOR On Demand series. Mastering this activation will support you in every session that follows and help you move with confidence.

Take your time, follow the cues, and choose a pace that feels right for your body. With practice, this activation will become second nature and elevate all of your core training.

When you feel confident and in control, you can add ankle weights for a little extra challenge—only when it feels right for you.
