Clinical Pilates
If pain or injury has been holding you back from exercise, Clinical Pilates provides a safe and personalised way to move forward.
Clinical Pilates at KOR Health is a physiotherapist-led exercise program designed specifically for your body. It focuses on improving strength, control, and movement quality while supporting recovery from pain or injury.
Unlike our Mat Pilates class, Clinical Pilates begins with a one-on-one assessment. This allows us to understand your movement patterns, injuries, and goals so we can create a program tailored to your individual needs.
The result is a personalised approach to exercise that helps you move better, build strength safely, and feel more confident in your body.
