KOR On Demand is an online Pilates and strength training platform designed by a Physiotherapist that allows you to access guided workouts anytime, anywhere. Move at your own pace with sessions designed to improve strength, mobility, stability, and overall wellbeing.

KOR On Demand is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're new to Pilates, returning to exercise, or looking to complement your existing training, there are options and progressions to meet you where you are.

Not at all. KOR On Demand includes Foundations and Fundamentals sessions to help you learn correct technique, breathing, and core activation before progressing to more challenging workouts.

Most workouts require minimal equipment. Ankle/wrist weights are used in the Winter Series.
A set of dumbbells is required for the strength workouts.

Workouts are ~20 minutes, making it easy to fit movement into your day. Sessions range from short targeted workouts to longer full-body classes.
On the days you have more time you can add an extra workout in.

Yes! KOR On Demand is designed specifically for at-home workouts. All you need is a small space and any recommended equipment.
