KOR Health Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are the responsibility of the client and must be made through the booking system. If you cannot cancel through the booking system, please email claudia@korhealth.com.au 24 hours before your class or appointment.
Please note: cancellations cannot be made via Facebook message, Instagram message or text.
Early Cancellations
(More than 24 hours before your session)
Early cancellations will return your class or appointment back to your account as a class credit, which you can use to rebook another session.
Early cancellations apply up to 24 hours prior to all classes and appointments
Of course, life happens — we’ll always take extenuating circumstances into consideration.
Late Cancellations
(Within 24 hours of your session)
Classes cancelled within the 24-hour window will be considered a late cancel.
Late cancels will not be re-credited to your account for group classes.
Again, if something unexpected happens, reach out and each situation will be considered with care.

From there, you can continue with private sessions or join our welcoming small group classes—whichever feels right for your lifestyle.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all levels. Your instructor will provide modifications so you can progress at your own pace.

Yes, bookings are essential to secure your spot as class sizes are limited. You can book easily through our app or website.

Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and grip socks if you have them. Mats and small equipment are provided.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid clothing with zips or buttons as these can be uncomfortable on the mat.

Each class runs for 50 minutes.

Yes depending on your trimester and this may vary for everyone. We recommend speaking with us before your first class so we can guide you toward the most suitable sessions.

Pilates can be highly beneficial for recovery and long-term management.
Depending on your injury you may start a class without a consult, if you have chronic pain we recommend an initial consult prior to your first class.
