Aim to do this session to do at least once a week for a full body release. Pay attention to your body, how does one side feel compare to the other, do you have any areas that feel tight or restricted?
This is a great place to ‘take home’ a few key stretches that feel right for you, or start to help you release through any problem areas. Enjoy- this is the recovery you have worked hard for.
Remember work within you range, if a stretch becomes painful don’t go so far into it, overtime with repetition you will gradually gain more movement.
