Strength - Set of Dumbell's Required

This is a 20 minute strength session- aiming to build up to more weighed exercises. Pilates is a brilliant strength program in its own right but adding load to your exercise routine is essential for long term health, improving bone density, muscle mass and functional strength.

The workout has a 2 minute warm up, 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest, allowing you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you and over time you can aim to do more reps in each work block.
