Get to know us

At the heart of KOR Health is Claudia Schick – a Physiotherapist and accredited Pilates Instructor with over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and 10 years as a Physiotherapist. As a proud mum of three, Claudia understands firsthand the juggle of family, work, and self-care, and she knows how powerful movement can be in supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Her teaching is grounded in knowledge and care, with a focus on injury prevention, building strength and mobility, and supporting long-term health. Claudia is passionate about helping people move with confidence, recover well, and stay resilient at every stage of life.

Living in Wuuluman near Wellington NSW, Claudia is also a sustainable and regenerative farmer, deeply connected to the land and her community. She is an advocate for regional health and wellness, making it her mission to ensure that rural communities have the same opportunities to thrive as those in the city.

Start your journey at our Wellington Pilates Studio - schedule your next Pilates class and experience the benefits of moving well and feeling stronger.

Pilates Class Schedule

Monday: 9am, 6pm, 7pm

Tuesday: 6am (Mens class), 9am

Wednesday: 6am

Thursday: 6am

All classes are 50 minutes

Join a class for $26, or save with a 10-class pass at just $22 per class.

  4. Choose your pass (single, 5-class, or 10-class).

  5. Check the schedule, pick your class, and book in.
